My highlight was when Enger taught us traditional Māori weaving (Raranga) and we left with our own little Kete (flax basket).
Enger is an amazing storyteller so it was great to learn more about the culture and language.

Delicious food, lots of laughs and loved the luxury eco accommodation with its attention to all the details, super inspiring. The drive from Queenstown to Glenorchy is pure, take your breath away, magic.

New Zealand was a dream trip for me. It's beautiful but it makes a HUGE difference to get a great guide and I'd give Hygi 5 stars! Fun to be around, knows a ton of interesting facts, and he took great care of us on our trip.

Besides the normal stops, Hygi also has GREAT surprises too! He knows the land, knows the people, and knows what makes a vacation fantastic. I highly recommend.

Hygi's extensive knowledge of the region made it even better than we had hoped for. When a couple of kinks to our plans showed their face (no fault of his), he was able to rearrange our schedule to make everything flow smoothly.
